Privacy notice

FoldForm is the data controller for the information described here, trading from Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. For anything about your data — a copy of it, a correction, deletion, or an objection — write to hello@foldform.co.

Our postal address is 35 Sceptre Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 6TW, United Kingdom.

• Your name, email address, international phone number (stored with its country calling code) and business name.
• Your delivery address, collected in the order journey before payment and used only to calculate delivery and fulfil your order.
• Order details: category, shape, quantity, offer text, QR destination and any notes you write.
• Artwork and brand assets you upload, and the filenames you gave them.

Card details are never collected by this site. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on its own hosted page; Stripe may also offer wallet and alternative payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna where eligible) — FoldForm never receives wallet or card credentials from any of them, only confirmation that payment completed and the payment method’s type.

To quote for, produce and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. Lawful bases — contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests — must be confirmed before launch.

• Royal Mail and DHL — delivery. Carriers receive only what delivery needs: the recipient name, delivery address and a contact phone number.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your email address, your delivery name, address and phone number for the payment record, and a short order reference together with the quantity, product category and whether you chose the design service. It does not receive your artwork.
• Hosting and storage providers — to run the site and hold uploaded artwork.
• Printing and delivery partners, where needed to fulfil your order.

Your artwork is stored privately. It is never given a public web address, so there is no link that would let anyone view it — not even someone who was sent one. Every time FoldForm opens one of your files, that request is authorised first and the file is served through our own system, so access is checked each time and ends when we sign out.

Storage locations are never placed in payment data or in email; emails name your files, and nothing more. Your artwork is linked to your order record and is not published anywhere.

• Artwork uploaded to an order that is never completed is deleted after 30 days.
• Artwork and records for paid orders are kept for as long as needed to produce, support and account for the order. They are not deleted automatically.
• Exact retention periods for accounting records must be confirmed before launch.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Email hello@foldform.co and we will deal with your request.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your draft order is saved in your own browser’s local storage so a refresh does not lose your progress; it never contains uploaded files or card details, and clearing it is as simple as choosing “Start again”.
